Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at zerointac@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
