At ZERO-IN-TAC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

For items from our Pellet and Slug collections, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

For all other eligible products, please contact us for return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

To start a return, please contact us at zerointac@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
